Frequently asked questions
What people ask before hiring us.
If your question is not here, write to us and we will answer it. If it comes up again, we add it.
How much does a website cost?
It depends on the level. There are three — Essential, Professional and Flagship — and the difference is scope, languages and architecture, not cosmetics. We do not publish rates because we do not quote businesses we have not met: a one-section page and a three-language site with bespoke applications have nothing in common. Ask for a proposal and you get it in writing.
Why do you not publish prices?
Because a price on a web page forces you to invent an average project that does not exist. We would rather understand your case in a twenty-minute call and quote it properly. That way we do not charge you for something you do not need.
How long does it take?
An Essential site, two to three weeks. A Professional, four to six. A Flagship depends on scope. The clock starts when we have your content and your approvals, not at signature: waiting on client material is what delays projects most.
Do you work with my industry?
Almost certainly. We serve professional services, clinics, law firms, restaurants, retail, real estate, construction, fitness, education, automotive, beauty and e-commerce, among others. The method is the same; what changes is the message, the channel and the cost per customer. If your industry does not fit, we tell you on the first call.
What languages do you work in?
Spanish, English and Portuguese. We do not translate at the end: the commercial copy is written for each market. You can have the site in one, two or all three languages, and the same for campaigns.
Who owns the site when we finish?
You do. The domain, the code, the hosting and the Google and Meta accounts are in your name from day one. If you decide to work with another agency, you take everything without owing us anything.
Is there a minimum advertising budget?
Yes, though it depends on the industry and the city: a click in legal services in Manhattan costs nothing like a click for a neighborhood restaurant. On the call we tell you the minimum that makes sense for your case, and if your budget does not reach it, we say so before charging you.
When do I start seeing results?
Google usually brings the first contacts in week one or two because it captures existing demand. Meta takes three to six weeks. Organic content works on a three-month horizon. Anyone promising immediate results across all three is not measuring.
Do you lock me into a long contract?
No. Advertising and social media are month to month. Web development is a closed project with its own scope and timeline.
Where do you operate from?
The agency starts in New York and serves the city and the metro area: New Jersey, Long Island and Westchester. The work is remote, as in most of the industry, and that changes neither the measurement nor the results.
Who pays for the advertising spend?
You do, from your own card and your own account. We bill management separately. That way you see the spend in real time and never depend on our report to know what was invested.
Shall we talk?
Twenty minutes, no commitment and no catalog. You tell us what your business is and we tell you what we would do first.
